Suspension

The suspension of a double 3 wheel buggy will determine how easily your child/children and you can push it. A smooth ride is essential since babies can feel every bump in the road, particularly if it's on rough terrain like grass or dirt roads. Certain models come with locking front tires that aid in maneuvering and navigating obstacles like curbs.

Some models have air-filled tyres which are ideal for all-terrain riding, however they are prone to punctures. Be sure to keep an extra set of tyres inside the trunk. Some models have gel or foam tyres, which are specifically designed to handle bumps and are less prone to punctures, but you might find them to be a bit stiff and uncomfortable on your child's back should you choose to jog.

Folding

A three-wheel double buggy could be folded easily for storage. There are models that fold flat or stand up (as though they were in a pushchair) and also pop out to reveal a more umbrella-style folding with a hand-operated break. The more wheels the buggy is equipped with, in general the easier it will be to maneuver on rough terrain. This is particularly applicable when the wheels are bigger than the average. This will provide you with more stability and make it less likely that your child are likely to tip over or fall over.
